Non-Returnable Diamonds & Items
Certain diamonds and products are non-returnable.
Where applicable, a clear notice will be displayed on the product page indicating that the item is non-returnable before purchase.

How to Request a Return
To request a return, please use the Contact Us form available on our website.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please note:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

We strongly recommend using a fully insured and trackable shipping service for all returns

Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery using the Contact Us form on our website so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
International Returns
Customers located outside the United Kingdom may be responsible for any return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges associated with returning an item.
Gracefully Diamonds is not responsible for customs delays or charges incurred during the return process.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please request a return for the eligible product and place a new order separately once the return has been approved.

Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
